PREFACE
I, along with my entire team, takes immense pleasure while releasing this Techno-commercial document on Providing Fire Fighting Training Facilities at INS Vishwakarma, Visakhapatnam and INS Venduruthy, Kochi, which is an end result of lots of efforts in studying the project requirement in general, visiting the similar facilities within the Indian Naval establishment, interacting with Indian Naval vessels and also with the officers of above establishments. These inputs were extremely important without which we could not have completed a proposal of this magnitude in challenging time frame.
We, at Ultra Dimensions Group, take pride while participating in this all important endeavor creating indigenous facilities center of excellence at par with any such facilities elsewhere in the world.
This is an occasion where Ultra Dimension would like to reassure and rededicate while promising to leave no stone unturned in undertaking these projects should the opportunity be awarded.

- The Reception area provides access to the FFTU through rear door as well as rest of the admin building. There is a Reception table equipped with infrastructure such as desk top computer, a printer, a placard giving general information, a notice board etc. Apart from the reception table the area has sofa sets for visitors, a tea table, a wall mounted television set. The area is fully air conditioned through central ac system and pleasantly illuminated.

- A conference room suitable to accommodate 35 people is situated on the first floor next to the Viewers’ Gallery. The conference room has a long conference table with chairs, projector, three screens, computer with all accessories, one executive chair, wooden paneling to provide aesthetics and acoustic effects, a PA system. The room is also illuminated with dimmable lights.

- There are two similar offices- one on the first floor and another on second floor one above another. Both these offices can cater for four officers/trainers each and has four desk, four executive chars and several office chairs. The room is centrally air conditioned and illuminated through overhead LED lights. There are two desk top computers and a network shared multifunction printer in each room for official work. - There are two independent Wash rooms one for ladies and one for gents. The wash rooms are equipped with toilets and shower cubicles. The wash room is attached with a change room through a flap door for easy access.
- There are two separate change room attached internally. The change rooms have wash basins, mirrors and set of lockers for staff members.

- Next to the office the room on the first floor is reserved for the Officer-In-Charge. The office will have large working table and small table dedicated to Desk Top computer and a multifunction printer. The office will also be furnished for guest chairs, a sofa set, tea table, cupboard for record keeping, a white board etc. The main working table is equipped with telephone, intercom, public announcement system etc. to facilitate the officer to communicate with the entire FFTF and with external agencies.

- A large room next to the Conference room is arranged in a way so that the students can see through the glass wall one of the firefighting exercise live within the FFTU simulator. A special Gallery structure between the Admin Block and FFTU is designed in a stadium like stepped for easy viewing.
